"Ptakha Ukrainy" develops the professional competencies of its team and volunteers through specialized training and strategic sessions, acquiring skills in providing safe and person-centered assistance to people with disabilities, principles of accessibility, ethical interaction, accompaniment during relocation, and evaluating the effectiveness of program activities.
